When students attend an excursion or incursion, parents or caregivers are required to complete an activity consent form. In the event that students are attending a camp, or an excursion has specific requirements, parents will be required to complete a medical consent form as well as an activity consent.
Copies of permission letters are usually accesible through either the Gowan or Illaweena office, or via class/subject teachers.
