Welcome

Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) is a new pathway supporting the delivery of 21st century learning.  It’s a term used to describe a digital device ownership model where students or staff use their personally-owned mobile device to access the department’s information and communication(ICT) network.

In 2019, the expectation for students in years 3 – 12 is that they will have 1 to 1 access via their own device for each of their classes.  Please note the device must meet certain specifications. It means that appropriate devices can now access school and the Department of Education and Training networks.  This makes working between home and school seamless for students.

An overview of our program can be found in the:

2020 Quick Guide to BYOD
